People say this is a small church. That’s because it is a disciple-making church. People are equipped to go out from here to share the gospel.
I’m so thankful for the teachers and leaders here that have poured into my children and helped them to go out into the world with a solid foundation in Biblical teaching.
During COVID, a friend of mine drove by the church and saw that there were people here. She called me, and we visited FBCA together, when other churches were still closed. Just after that there was a big storm and Pastor Brent called to check on me, and I wasn’t even a member. I had a tree down and he sent men to help with that. Through their service I felt the love and community that exists at FBCA.
This church is making an impact in our schools. On Wednesday nights, there is not an empty seat in our youth room. These teens are receeiving truth and they are going out to share with their classmates.
I have the privilege to teach kids on Wednesday nights. It is a great testimony to the parents in this church that your children are being taught the Bible at home. They ask incredible questions and they know the gospel. They are a blessing to me
I’ve been next door. I’ve been to the next state and I’ve been to countries abroad. There is not a missing component of the Great Commission that we are not fulfilling. It is the “policy” that we go and do what God has called us to do.
